Return & Exchange Policy

We, “Themusclet.com,” take utmost care to deliver products to our customers and provide a smoother experience in shopping. So, when a customer is not satisfied with a product then a product could be exchanged and returned too. The terms and conditions for the functionality of such a subject are listed here.

 

Seamlessly return and exchange

An appeal does not fit into the description, then one can return as well get a new one, but the requirement for that could be as such:-

• Free returns and exchanges could be accepted within seven days from the date of delivery.
• Additional seven days for a return and exchange
• For a reverse pickup, rs 100 could be changed. 
  
  

Attempt made for pickup

Once a return is initiated, a delivery executive could be assigned for pick up, and the attempt that is made by them are as such:-

• Only two attempts could be made on our part.
• If you failed to deliver the same, then you get ship item at our warehouse
• Reverse pickups are available as per the area code
  
  

Cash on Delivery orders

If an order has been executed through cash on delivery, then the customer could receive store credit within one or two business days. 

Condition of returned product

An exchange of product could be commenced under certain conditions only, which are as such:-

• The product/item should be in a proper condition as they were shipped
• If there is any damage, then it could not qualify for return or exchange
  
  

Initiation of refund

A product that is competent for a refund could be processed within seven days and reimburse the amount in the same bank account. Note, this is only applicable for prepaid and online paid orders. 

Return on free product deals 

Anything that is purchased using BOGO deals or similar promotional items is not eligible for a refund. 

Return of self-shipped items

A return could be processed for a self-shipped item as per such regulations:-

• If an area code is unavailable for reverse pickup, customers have to submit the item to the warehouse. 
• Pack an item carefully and mention its order ID along with the registered phone number.
• At the time of receiving the package, a refund could be initiated within 48 hours.

Terms and conditions for return

The guidelines required to follow for returning and shipping an item are as such:-

• Bank details shared by the customer are final. If there is any variance, then we cannot be held responsible.
• When an exchange order is marked received, and you did get one, then you have to notify us within 24 hours. 
• Accountability lies with the customer for the product when it's in their possession
• If an item shipped is damaged, then let us know as quickly as possible.
  
  

Processing time for a refund

A refund could be processed for a qualified customer within its 30 business days. If you get into any confusion, then you can approach our customer service by phone or Instagram from Monday to Friday between 09.30 am to 06.30 pm.
